Bio Festival la Muzeul Satului

Asociaţia Bio România împreună cu Muzeul Satului vă invită la Bio Festivalul ce se va desfășura în cadrul Muzeului Național al Satului Dimitrie Gusti, 20-21 Septembrie 2014, orele 13.00-18.00.

La deschidere vor participa Ministrul Agriculturii - Daniel Constantin, Daciana Sârbu - Vicepreşedinta Comisiei de Mediu, Sănătate Publică şi Siguranţă Alimentară din Parlamentul European, preoţi şi numeroase personalităţi din România şi Grecia.
Festivalul este organizat din dorinţa de a sprijini valorile bio şi oferă publicului vizitator ocazia de a intra în contact cu multe informaţii legate de tot ceea ce înseamnă bio dar şi cu produse bio din România, Grecia şi alte ţări. Astăzi, 20 septembrie, vor fi realizate 6000 de sendviş-uri, moment ce ţine de Cartea Recordurilor şi desfăşurat cu ajutorul Eurodeputatei Daciana Sârbu.

Bio Festival - program

DATES:  SATURDAY 20TH AND SUNDAY 21ST OF SEPTEMBER 2014 (13.00- 18.00)

General info:
 - The entrance in the museum will be free during the festival
 - There will be two major points of interest:
     - The stage at the entrance in the Museum
     - The space near the Inn (Restaurant- cooking space) where open seminar and catering will take place
- The producers will have special tents for exposing their products on the alleys and in the gardens in fest’s area

Day 1: Saturday, 20 September  2014
Timing: 13.00- 18.00
13.00 : free entrance and meeting with the producers
- Every visitor will receive a ticket at the entrance; this ticket will be used for participation at the final prize raffle
- Each producer will exhibit his/her product at special tents
 13.30- 14.00: Opening Ceremony
 In the Conference Room, Mr. Cioceanu and his guests will have the opening speech of the Festival – 20 minutes
Speech by the representative of the Ministry who will attend to the opening Ceremony
14.00- 15.00: Tasting
Guests will gathering at the cooking space in order to taste Romanian Organic Product
Each producer will choose his/her most special products in order guests to taste them.
Discussion between producers and guests.

15.00- 16.00: Open Seminar
After tasting, open seminar will be realised at the same place (cooking place).
Famous chefs from international restaurants OR from TV cooking shows (min 2) will participate in open seminar. They will prepare two salads , which will include organic products.
Speech by a professional nutritionist.
Mr. Marian will also attend to the open seminar and will inform guests about production process of organic products.
Catering with organic products
16.00- 17.30: ART BIO
Art Bio actions will take place in a place next to stage.
• Drawing contest for children on organic themes  
• Photo exhibition
• Cooking contest with bio-products: Guests have to cook at their homes. They will bring their dishes and recipes during Art Bio. During the closer ceremony of Bio festival, there will be a jury which will choose the best three dishes/ recipes. The jury will be consisted of journalists, chefs and VIP persons. Guests will be also able to upload photos of the dishes which they will prepare at facebook page of the festival. Photos must be uploaded before Sunday, 21st of September.
• Competion: Construction of creative objects made by organic products.
• The children who contributed at the vegetable gardens within the Museum will harvest the vegetables and prepare a salad

18.30 – 19.00:  folk dance show – Folk Ensemble (30 minutes)

Day 2: Sunday, 21st of September 2014
13.00- 16.00: ART BIO
Art Bio actions will take place in a place next to stage.
• Drawing contest for children on organic themes  
• Photo exhibition
• Cooking contest with bio-products: Guests have to cook at their homes. They will bring their dishes and recipes during Art Bio. During the closer ceremony of Bio festival, there will be a jury which will choose the best three dishes/ recipes. 14.00- 15.00: Catering with bio products
15.00-16.00: Folk dance show – Folk Ensemble (1 hour)

16.00- 18.00: Closer Ceremony

Awards for drawing contest:

• One basket with all the products in the program – first prize
• One cup for milk/ coffee , a USB stick and an ecological bag (all with BIO design)

• A dinner to a good restaurant in Bucharest - first prize
• Milk/ coffee cup, USB stick  and ecological bag (all with BIO design)
• One basket with some organic products-third  prize

Awards for the Construction of creative objects made by organic products:

• Weekend to a hotel in Romania - first prize
• A dinner to a good restaurant in Bucharest - second prize
• One basket with some organic products-third  prize
